Biography
Anita Raymond has a BSW from University of Wisconsin Whitewater and an MSW from Augsburg University. She is Program Director of the Center for Excellence in Supported Decision Making and Care Management & Consultation Services programs at Volunteers of America MN & WI. Anita also serves as Co-Facilitator of WINGS-MN (Working Interdisciplinary Network of Guardianship Stakeholders). CESDM provides information, advice, consultation, and assessments regarding vulnerable adults with questionable decisional capacity, and petitioning to establish guardianships when there are no other options. Anita is the By-Laws Chair for the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC). Additionally, she is a frequent presenter to professional groups on topics including supported decision making and other decision making options, guardianship and conservatorship; ethics of client self-determination and rights, and more.
