The Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship is a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 to explore substitute decision-making for vulnerable individuals.
MAGiC is committed to ensure the appropriate level of quality substitute decision-making is applied consistently. Education and a forum are provided for those interested in guardianship and conservatorship and their less restrictive alternatives.
MAGiC is proud to have a membership in excess of 250 from Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. Members include guardians and conservators, attorneys, social workers, long-term care and housing providers, court personnel, and others interested in ensuring that the appropriate level of quality substitute decision-making is applied consistently.
