  • What is the current view from the SSI program on giving trust beneficiaries gift cards and paying credit card bills.
  • Public Housing is now counting many trust distributions as income –  this could change what you pay from the trust.

Presenters:  Laurie Hanson, Attorney, Long, Reher & Hanson, P.A.

Edina, MN  55436

FYI - Sometimes GPS/google maps change Way to Court.  If this happens you will be on the wrong side of town.  You can actually see our community from the crosstown/Hwy 62 if you know where to look.  We are a sprawling gray-sided building between the Edina Fire Station and Colonial Church.  Please come to the front entrance and our concierge will buzz you in.  Thank you.
