Reviews and proposes changes to the organization's articles of incorporation and bylaws which establish MAGiC’s corporate structure and governance. Chaired by Carleen Peterson, VOA, carleen.peterson@voamn.org. 

Journal

The editorial board of MAGiC’s quarterly journal seeks out authors for articles to publish, writes articles and news items, and makes editorial decisions relating to the publication. Contact Megan Kelly, MeganK@Northwoodslawgroup.com or Mary Szondy, mary@maryszondy.com.

Legislation

Tracks legislation, rulemaking and public policy related to guardianship and conservatorship issues, disseminates information to membership, and provides representation of MAGiC to decision-making bodies. Contact Nathan Danielson, Lutheran Social Service, nathan.danielson@lssmn.org. 

Conference

Provides speakers and other programming at events to members throughout the year on issues related to guardianship and conservatorship. This committee also plans and organizes MAGiC's annual Conference. Contact Katie Hestness, katie.hestness@lssmn.org.

Standards
