The MAGiC Member Directory contains contact information for Members who may serve as professional guardian or conservator. Referrals for a guardian or conservator may be available from a county, nursing home, hospital, or community social worker; the attorney who brings the petition to court; the attorney appointed by the court to represent the person subject to guardian or conservator.

Payee Partners is a bonded organization approved by the Social Security Administration to serve as a beneficiary’s Representative Payee. We provide the following services:
- Work with the beneficiary to determine their needs and setup an individualized budget to meet those needs.
- Collect the monthly benefit and account for all income received by keeping records of all benefits and how it was spent and/or saved.
- Ensure the beneficiary’s essential living needs such as food, housing, utilities, medical care and clothing are being met each month.
- After meeting the beneficiary’s current needs, all remaining funds are saved in checking account for future needs.
- Help protect our beneficiaries from financial exploitation
- Ensure funds are used in the best interest of the beneficiary
- Complete required annual accounting reports for Social Security Administration.
- Ensure the funds are managed in accordance with Social Security Administration regulations and policies.
