Referrals for a guardian or conservator may be available from a county, nursing home, hospital, or community social worker; the attorney who brings the petition to court; the attorney appointed by the court to represent the person subject to guardian or conservator.

Biography
Anthony was born in St Cloud Minnesota and raised in southern and western Minnesota, graduating in 1989 from Granite Falls High School. Anthony has an extensive customer service, technical, and ministerial background. As a team sports fanatic, basketball, football, and track leader he loves to work with teams helping people achieve personal goals and be a team player. Anthony is a fast learner in new situations with an extensive work history and “get it done” approach. Anthony is skilled with technical expertise as a former electrical union contractor, public speaker, associate and senior pastoral leadership as an associate pastor, senior pastor, children’s, and youth pastor. He has spent many years in pastoral counseling and care. As of the past ten years, Anthony has been involved directly responsible for real estate and property management care. He has held licenses as a journeyman union electrical contractor, an ordained minister, a real estate agent, and is currently guardian certified with background check completed. Anthony works best leading and participating in team player organizations which is why upon founding Boaz Guardians Homes LLC, Anthony has welcomed men and women to come on board and work together with the team as self-employed independent-contractor guardians. Participating for the first two years of guardianship service with over 70 clients, in September of 2023 Anthony founded Boaz Guardians Homes and has helped other guardians successfully retire and still find the person centered care that is required for their clients.
