The MAGiC Member Directory contains contact information for Members who may serve as professional guardian or conservator. Referrals for a guardian or conservator may be available from a county, nursing home, hospital, or community social worker; the attorney who brings the petition to court; the attorney appointed by the court to represent the person subject to guardian or conservator.
Molly Darsow
Biography
Molly Darsow is uniquely equipped to support parties in navigating disputes related to guardianship and conservatorship due to her background working with individuals with disabilities. Through her previous work at Community Involvement Programs and as a PCA, Molly gained experience as part of care teams and insight into the challenges parents encounter when planning for the future for themselves and their adult children. Molly uses this insight to provide compassionate and professional mediation services that honor and respect the dignity of all parties involved.
Molly is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. She is an active volunteer mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center and a member of the ADR section of the MN State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University, with a focus on Conflict Studies, as well as a Master of Science in Human Services. Additionally, she has a Master’s certificate in Addiction Counseling from Winona State University. Molly is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Education and is a voluntarily retired licensee from the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health.
